2. The composite vision system features both large and small viewing distances. Large viewing distance enables coarse positioning (750 - 1800mm) and rapid scanning (600mm/s), automatically matching the work piece's A/B surfaces and start/end directions. Small viewing distance enables precise positioning (550-750mm), providing alignment and correction, accurately identifying straight welds, vertical welds, and fillet weld positions, thus resolving assembly errors.
3. In rigorous testing, it operated continuously for 480 hours at 100% speed with zero failures and zero accuracy  loss. This  extended, uninterrupted  operation significantly  boosts  production  efficiency, increasing it by 300%, powerfully empowering enterprise development.

4. The intelligent control system features customizable parameter modeling, a built-in welding process library, and support for adding custom welding processes, as well as work piece model fixtures. Welding process library parameters can also be flexibly adjusted, with diverse settings to fully meet your personalized needs, ensuring perfect fit for every weld and helping you overcome various challenges.
5. Manpower is streamlined; only 2 operators and  1  hoisting worker are  required to efficiently complete the welding production task of 10 robots within 24 hours.
